Never had a problem with the staff or food. Personally I think the meatloaf will remind any old southern boy of supper at Granny's house. All in all this is a nice place to have a good meal with no need to dress to the nines, Jean's and a tee shirt will be more than welcome. Also before or after your meal there is a general store of various things.

I’m a huge fan of Cracker Barrel and have been for many years. That being said I have to comment on today’s experience. My wife and I were seated, ordered our food, and then waited for our food. After about an hour of waiting the food finally arrived. Another five minutes and we were planning on walking out. The eggs tasted like they had been sitting under a heater for a good 25 minutes. And my chicken fried chicken was very undercooked. As a result I am currently spending the rest of my Saturday laying on the couch sick from eating like two bites of undercooked chicken. My thought was if it took an hour to make then the chicken would at least be done.

Love it! Great southern cooking and have breakfast all day. Have a great selection in there apparel store and great seasonal gifts and decorations. Nice staff and fast and friendly service. A must try anytime you come to the south.

Thank You to the New Management and new staff for a great meal and great service. We didn't think we would ever go back to this location after a bad experience in 2015. I heard the store was under new management and staff. Very Good Food and Service. We will be back.

I have no problem with the food. I love the food. I order to-go all the time but the wait times are always terrible. I’m pretty patient but the fact that I’m writing this review implies that my patience is wearing thin. When I order online and specify a pickup time, I’d like to think that it’d be ready when I get there. It never is, regardless if they’re crowded or not. There have been times when I’ve waited almost 30 minutes for orders that are supposed to be ready when I get there. Lately it’s been happening every single time. What’s the point of offering a pickup time if they’re not gonna pay attention to it. I’m starting to think that they do it on purpose to make you look around the store to buy something while you wait. Seeing that others are saying the same thing about wait times, hopefully management does something about it.
